Hotel Needs
 

If you are canceling your hotel reservations or have excess rooms reserved for the championship event in St. Louis, please email me callendarr@ghaps.org. or call 616 710 2013. We are interested in picking up reservations nearby if someone happens to be canceling. Does anyone know of another forum where this sort of discussion takes place?

We cancelled 16 rooms at the Comfort Inn in Hazelwood, Missouri yesterday. You can contact them directly at 314-895-8899. Not sure if they are still available, please update this thread if you find out they have been taken.

999 just found out this morning that we had our reservations cancelled on us. We are looking for at least 6 rooms. If anyone can help us out, please let me know. It would be very appreciated!

There seem to be some rooms available at the Courtyard St.Louis West, 2340 Market St, St. Louis, MO 63103. $264/night for a king suite with sofa bed.

If your team is on a tight budget, try looking out about 15-20 miles from the dome on the Illinois side (Troy, Edwardsville, etc.). We were able to find some decent accommodations in Troy, sharing a hotel with Tech Vikes 2054.

Edwardsville has very few hotels, but O'Fallon, Illinois has quite a few and it is only a 15 minute drive from the Dome.

I am from Team 5401 and in scramble to find rooms for our team I started reserving rooms wherever I could find them. So have reserved 13 rooms at the Quality Inn and Conference Center in Edwardsville, IL. but we won't be needing them because we found accommodations elsewhere. The room rate is approximately $80/night for rooms with two beds and it's a 20 minute drive to the America's Center in St. Louis. If you still need a hotel for your team and want to take these rooms, please e-mail me at vmorgs@gmail.com with your name, team name and team number. I will then cancel my reservations and you can swoop in and take them. First person to e-mail me gets the rooms. :)

We cancelled 6 or 7 rooms at Drury Inn Forest Park on 4/18

I have 5 rooms for 5 nights (Tues-Sat) at the Hyatt Regency right next to the Arc, 5 min walk from the dome. My team stayed there in 2013 and it was fantastic, huge rooms, beautiful upscale hotel, great location. We found somewhere closer and cheaper for this year. Price is $361.32/room/night.
