Powers of 2 and Today's Date
Just thought some of you guys may be interested to know that today is 4/8/16, which just happens to be 2^2 / 2^3 / 2^4. And tomorrow is 4/9/16, which is 2^2 / 3^2 / 4^2.

Re: Powers of 2 and Today's Date
Sorry, but even as a US native, it's difficult to get excited over things that depend on our anomalous M/D/Y order with the highest precision term occuring in the middle. I much prefer Y/M/D or D/M/Y, and more so the first, as it enables lexical and date order to be the same thing when numbers are used.
