Brazilian team #1860 Cephatron ask for help to reach St Louis
 

FIRST fellows,

This is our 10th year of existence and we are proud to participate every year in US both in regional and on the championship.

The trip Brazil/US requires a lot of money and a lot of time planning it.

Our last time on the nationals was in Atlanta 2009. Now, as Chairman´s Award winners in Hub City regional, we are very happy with the possibility to visit St Louis for the first time.

Every year we reach our needs through our sponsors. This year was not different, we went to two different regionals (we never did it). However, for the championship we were not prepared.
Unfortunately, Brazil is facing an economic crisis and the money we need is difficult to reach.

For the first time we are asking to the community to help us, and we start an online campaign to raise funds.
Our goal is to send only 6 (the minimum we need to compete) students.

We want to ask for your help too. It´s not the ideal situation but that the way we found to continue our successful work as a 10-year FIRST participant.

Have you thought about doing a gofundme account? Team 4159 is doing that right now on chief Delphi.

I´ve checked here and our country is not supported by this site, so we are going to have problems to transfer the money.

The one we choose accepts international credit cards as well as paypal.
And we can transfer it to a Brazilian account.

due the time we have, it´s better not have problems with it
