Yep yep. I met my guy online ... didn't see him for the first time until MMR. Then the second time I saw him was at Nationals. Third time was IRI. Fourth time, he came to WI for a week (we started going out shortly after that). Fifth time, he came up for my birthday (which was a complete surprise!!) Then I will be going to Indiana with him to his prom in two weeks. Fun :)

Long distance relationships are hard, but worth it.

anyways, here's the info on me cause i'm bored right now and want to avoid doing work....

my name is sherry, aged 17, from sacramento CA. this is my second year in FIRST. i come from an all girls school, so all skills in talking to guys (if there were any to begin with) have been depleated. but whatever... uhm... i'm easily amused and yet i become bored readily. i'm usually the sideliner person who just watches the maddness reign on the boards, but i'm trying to take a more active role on here now. :) what else? what else? oh! the nickname hacksaw came up because i was the only one who could handle the hacksaw. that and when they were looking for the hacksaw, i (for some reason or another) responded to their call. *shrugs* so the name kinda stuck.

on that note, does anyone want to be my friend? :D

/me is back after getting too lazy to check CD for a while. I miss much? I saw Wetzel post something about soyo boards... true, soyo are not bad boards, but I feel MSI to be faster :P granted, asus are faster than soyo, and msi, but since i have a KT4 ultra with ddr400, i'm not complaining :D

Anyway, any ladies out there looking for a relatively respectable gentleman, who would still go through the trouble (although it's hardly trouble at all from my perspective) of laying his coat in the mud for a lady to walk on, are more than welcome to IM me at either DarkBlackFox when I'm home, or at work, MPCentauri. yeah... i think i'm up for the challenge. people already say that i am a dork. mostly because:
1. i'm on my school's mathletes team
2. i'm taking two sciences this year (AP chem and anatomy & physiology)
3. i want to go to the same school as my calculus teacher (MIT *crosses fingers in hope*)
4. i'm in robotics

I think you may have what it takes all we need now is a second oppinion. Jim? Katie? Anyone? If you think she has what it takes to be a dork post it and she will become a full fledged dork!
