Design Curriculum Help

With CMP over it is time to look towards the next year. I am in charge of the design team and I am wondering what is should do for training. I have no experience with design training because I was self taught.

I have checked 1114's resources and they are a little dated. Help find things would be appreciated.

CAD tutorials, Physics crash courses, and design notebooks would be great.

Check out 973's RAMP videos.

Also, 1114's Simbot Solidworks Series are less than a year old and do a great job as well.
