New FLL Team
 

We are just finishing our rookie season as FTC and FRC team and we are looking to expand and get a few FLL team going. I am curious as to if you are charging your kids an entry fee to join the team? how do ou handle new members and pay for shirt or kids are responsible to buy their own?

For Garnet Squadron Alfa and Garnet Squadron Bravo, we asked each kid to raise or contribute $100. Some worked football games, some sold tickets to the Belk charity sale, some parents just wrote a check. That ensured we'd roughly break even each year.
