Would these parts be compatible to make a vision processing system?

Could we use these along with OpenCV on the raspberry pi to use it as a coprocessor to the RoboRIO for vision processing? What type of performance (frames processed per second) could we expect?

Has anyone used this setup, or a similar one, and had success?
