I don't appreciate people that obviously don't read entire threads before posting their comment/question as it may have been brought up already.

Not sure that I agree with this. There are certainly threads that don't necessitate the full read, such as threads that ask for bumper mounting methods. If I'm asking someone for a clarification on how their design worked, I don't think that reading the entire thread is needed. Also, there are some excessively large threads, such as the "Quotes said during build season" thread. That would be quite a pain to read all the way through.

Perhaps if anything labelled as a "discussion" would require this?

Yeah guess it wouldn't apply to every scenario. But some of the threads like "video reveal needs to happen now" and others of those kind would necessitate the reading of every page.

I agree - what if there was a way to mark those certain threads.

But who would decide whether the thread gets to get marked?

Flarum will be mobile-friendly by default. For example, see their own installation here: https://discuss.flarum.org/

Tapatalk works, but it's not great. They seem to constantly redesign the UI without fixing bugs that have existed for years.

Once Flarum is out of beta you shouldn't have any problems. Flarum is completely mobile optimized which is one of its many great features.
