Texas Mentor Workshop 2016
Hello,
Scott Rippetoe and I are hosting the 3rd Bi-annual Texas Mentor Workshop on July 8th and 9th. The goal of the workshop is to get more Texas (or from anywhere really) mentors to know each other and learn from each other. We cover a wide range of topics from mechanical, electrical, programming, and many non-robot general FRC team topics as well. Even if you are a veteran mentor we would love for you to come as well to provide your insight and experience to the many young mentors that will be in attendance. If you are just a parent mentor but want to learn more about the robots this is an awesome time to do that as well. All FRC mentors, teachers, and parents are welcome. Location Strake Jesuit College Prep Spectrum Engineering Lab, Computer Lab, and Lecture Hall 8900 Bellaire Blvd. Houston, TX, 77036 Date / Time July 8th (1pm-7pm) + We all go out to dinner together. July 9th (8am - 5pm) - Lunch will be provided but feel free to bring snacks, etc. (probably pizza) This allows people to drive in Friday morning and leave Saturday night. Sign Up (Please RSVP by June 30th but the sooner the better) Cost FREE Thank You, Allen Gregory |
Re: Texas Mentor Workshop 2016
I'll be there, Allen, IF I can reschedule a family function.
I'd like to start something along these lines here in San Antonio so I'll be there to learn from you and Scott on how to run this. --Michael P.S. I may be there for both days but the signup form only allows you to choose one? |
