Scouting App Preferences
 

Me and techguy9984 have two scouting apps which we would like to merge int one, however we were wondering if you would rather have a skeleton scouting app than can be customized to suit a teams needs or a scouting app customized and adapted to each years game? We are also going to incorporate The Blue Alliance into whichever app we decide to extend.

We did our first intentional scouting this year, on paper, so please accept that my input is not burdened by a wealth of experience. It seems to me that a sweet design would be to design a robust skeleton app, which you then customize each year according to the game, while still leaving hooks for a second (or more) layer of local customization.

If you're looking to distribute this to be used by many teams, I would suggest a skeleton app or a very customizable game app. The reason for this is that many teams are scouting for different purposes, and it is often tiresome or pointless for scouts to look at unnecessary information. This would also allow teams to streamline alliance selection for their own needs.

Hi. I was wondering if this scouting app is currently on the IOS app store? I am looking for some scouting apps to experiment with during the summer.

Also, Can you do pit scouting in this app and have it imported to one phone / tablet that holds all of the match and pit scouting data?
