Done. Let's all try to keep posts about Server Issues on their respective thread.

After dealing with our own TIMs issues for a couple hours, 229 finally got our backup choice of Montreal.

Just out of curiosity - and presuming your primary choice was full, what was it?

I wish FIRST would re-open the API so I can see counts elsewhere and the teams that are signed up.

Long Island was our first choice, which filled up quickly. NYC also filled up quickly so it made our choice easy (we were always going to do TVR/FLR in the second round of registration due to the scheduling this year).

This is missing most of the week 5 events (if anyone can send or post that week periodically), but of the others...

910 Regional teams, plus whatever the other week 5 events have, have registered and been accepted into an event as of 3:30pm
Thats more than the number of District teams that had registered by 9am this morning (878).

At 0 capacity:
Lake Superior
Los Angeles
Mexico City (never had more than 0 capacity listed)
Minnesota 10000 Lakes
Minnesota North Star
New York City
SBPLI Long Island
Seven Rivers (never had more than 0 capacity listed)
St. Louis

In the single digits:
Montreal - 8
Pittsburgh - 3
Miami Valley - 5
New York Tech Valley - 8
Northern Lights - 3
San Diego - 1
Shenzhen - 4

Where do you look for that info?

I don't know where Mark finds it, but others here showed me how to find it when I'm in TIMS....on the Dashboard, scroll down and select "Event Registration", then on the page that comes up, select "Find an Event".

I don't know how you find it if you do not have a team account on TIMS.

Your screenshot is what I was able to find also, but it doesnt show what the event capacity is? i.e. what it was prior to registering. Also, not sure why the system doesnt show what teams are registered already? Or am I missing something.

Re: Registration 2017

Some quirks I had on registration.
1. Some people had mentioned issues with logging into the dashboard. I had that same issue for some time now. Its a good thing I saw it before, because I was able to still get in by refreshing. It wasnt as trivial the first time I saw it.
2. Now that we are registered, I tried to print out the invoice to create a PO to pay for it. Well, the system doesnt do it anymore! I called FIRST and they asked for my info so that they could manually send it.

Wish I could say "That was fun!" but it wasn't.

Logged in no problem. Clicked "Register" for my regional, and then got no response.

Tried reloading, got server error stuff for half and hour. Finally re-logged in and it said I was registered!

Evidently it began the registration process, and picked up after whatever reboot happened.

Exciting to see San Diego filling up this quickly! We'll see everyone there.

I'm taking the TIMS info for current regional remaining capacity.
Arens list still gives the event starting capacities.
Adding gives number of Regional teams registered less several week 5 events which I can't see in TIMS.

The team and event search on the old USFIRST site seems to be working for me.
http://archive.usfirst.org/whats-going-on

It is not ideal but allows for manual look-ups of information.
