They could end up selling your design, which is pretty cool. And if you finish top 10 you get your design custom made for you.

They own what you submit. I would not want to enter a contest like that. Also, while looking for an MMO gaming mouse, I read the reviews of the Razer Naga. I can't find it now, but someone said the agreement in the software with the mouse says that by using it, you consent for Razer's use of anything on your computer for any purpose. With or without your permission and/or knowledge. I decided against that mouse, and went with a Redragon Perdition. I probably should've gotten the Logitech because the Perdition is starting to have issues, but I wanted RGB LEDs.

TL;DR: Razer owns what you submit, and can do whatever they want with it. They supposedly sell spyware, though I can't confirm it.

It isn't actually a lot of work to make a graphic to enter in the competition. I think the potential reward of a Razer Laptop( 10 available) is a fair payment for your time designing the graphic.Even if it is used to advertise Spyware etc. they own it so its not your problem.
