but was it on your birthday? that's what I'm getting at... we all put in insane hours during FIRST season... everyone shows their dedication in their own way...

In the F.I.R.S.T. rule book, Page 14.5, Rule 3.14159, it states "Sleep will not be shipped till 4/28/02". It is on a first come, first served basis and there is a waiting list a mile long. :D

We never have too much of a problem getting sleep, unless its from designing robots instead of sleep. We get kicked out of our school at midnight. Fortunately, we can get back in around 4am......

The odds of finding the total number of pi 3.14xxxxxxx is better than the odds of finding sleep during the build season of FIRST.

BTW, John V my birthday was the other day and while we weren't pulling an all nighter yet we were up late trying to argue designs and strategies. Last year, my 18th birthday revolved around childish fights betwen mentors. Thats always fun...

Personally I get a masochistic pleasure from it all...
at least this year after we ship the robot I can celebrate my bday somewhere other than a machine shop...

Actually, we get very minimal sleep during the build season. And, since a circle is made of an infinite number of points/sides, there is no exact value for pi. Therefore, you're statement is kinda wrong, but it makes a hell of a lot of sense.
