Depends if Looking Forward, and Car Nack are considered prediction accounts.

Someone makes an account to attempt to preemptively determine how teams in a region will do. Since these predictions can sometimes be a harsh assessment or favor some teams over others, the accounts are often only used for predictions and are isolated from a team.
