Team 5687 The Outliers 2016 Code Release
 

Although we keep all of our code public all year-round, we'd like to share direct links to our 2016 code in the spirit of R13.

As a side note, I have really appreciated this rule over the years! I've learned a lot by reviewing other teams' solutions to the problems we've encountered, even when we didn't ultimately follow them. I strongly encourage anyone involved in FRC programming to take some time to read through other teams' code.
