Presenting at Champs

Hi everyone!

I was scrolling through twitter when I found this link for presenting at champs.
Does anyone know when the submissions for this are due?

Man, I won't even know what Championship event I'm going to until Wk 1 of competition at the earliest. Idk how they expect folks to commit to that.
