2017 Video submission date

When does the Chairman's Video ACTUALLY need to be submitted to qualify?

The Awards section on the website talks about bringing a copy of the video to the judging session and giving it to the judges there.

But the submission page on STIMS includes a box to paste the youtube link for the video.

Is that just for convenience? Or is the finished video due with the rest of the Chairman's submission, and the copy to the judges is just for convenience?

It was the same way last year. If for some reason you have it done, you can submit a link. But I believe the video is still only due by the judging session.

The best resource I've found and what our team has been using for the past 5 years. The video does not have to be submitted/shown until the judging session at whichever regional/district you are attending. Cheers :D
