Re: Team made Airship
Wow. That's a field. I assume you guys are going to do the whole airship and everything? If so, how did you plan for it / CAD draw it? Thanks. That's really impressive actually both how grand the field is and how fast you guys have built it.

Re: Team made Airship
Nice, the airship will make a cool playhouse in someone's back yard.

Re: Team made Airship
We will be building the smoke stack and dividers still. Not the rotors though. We just used the field components that was released along side the manual on kickoff.
I just had a daughter 6 months ago, and i'm making a plan for her play house now. |
Re: Team made Airship
Has anyone constructed a wooden airship that would be willing to share dimensions? We are working on our own now but any help/advice would be appreciated.

Team made Airship
We (along with 5026 and 4904) are in the process of building two metal airships to go with the practice field we've set up for local teams. If you are a local team (Northern California area pretty much) check out this if you're interested in using the field: https://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/s...d.php?t=152778. We're always looking to share this with more teams!
