What does this code do?
 

I was able to obtain a program from the Kickoff 2017 called "Robot.java". I was wondering what does it do, and what it's meant for.

That's a program that runs on a robot, of course.

I'd recommend checking out the WPILib documentation for Java and then try reading through the program you posted to see if you can figure out what it does. It seems to be very well commented so that should help a lot.
