Radio Configuration

My team is trying to setup our radio. We have downloaded the configuration software. The error says:
Bridge configuration failed: Failed to change IP Address, please check for an adapter with the address: 192.168.1.51. Please ensure the bridge is connected to this computer and try again.
How do we correctly configure our radio?

Re: Radio Configuration

Did you fully disable the wireless adapter on that PC? Turning wifi off via hard button on a laptop is often not enough, you need to go into network settings in Windows, right-click the wireless adapter and hit "Disable".

That cleared this error up for me, then the configuration utility worked.

Also make sure that the ethernet cable is plugged into the right port. The configuration utility should have a diagram highlighting the correct port.
