LabView Install Error
 

Having problems installing LabView for FRC 2017 on Windows 7 x64 computer that had last years version. We uninstalled last years version first, ran every windows update, added VS2015 runtime x64 and x86. All Firewalls are off. We have tried using the LabView Disc from the KOP and downloading it from NI.
We get the following error:

Simulation Support for FRC 2017

These products failed to install due to missing prerequisites, a system error, or cancellation. Either install these prerequisites or reboot your computer, as appropriate, and then retry this installer. If this problem persists, contact National Instruments support at ni.com/support.

We have successfully load LabView on 2 other laptops. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
