There's existing WPILib documentation on installing Eclipse which you essentially replicated.
Also, the NavX and CTRE libraries do have updates, so I hope you are updating the custom repo you copied them into (copied for what reason? There are handy installers from CTRE and Kauai Labs which you can use instead. :confused: )
