Terminals

Last year someone stopped by our pit and told us about some terminals that they used that they got with their Automomation Direct voucher that made connections much easier/better. I can't remember for what though, but I think it was some type of small blade. I think it was either for the PDP, or the Voltage Regulator or the PCM. Any ideas? Trying to get everything we are going to need for wiring coming up real soon and don't want to waste a voucher. Thanks.

Lever Nuts are great for Wiring our team used the at an off season event that we built a new robot for last year and they held together beautifully.

As for connecting into the PDP, VRM and PCM stripping the wire and sticking it in there is great but ferrule connectors are a great alternative to make wiring look crisp and clean.

Any questions feel free to ask.

To go in the various PCM and VRM connector you want the appropriate size ferule. You allow need the correct crimper for the ferule. Automaition Direct also have nice taps & hand tools. Really easy to spend $35.00 on those.

+1 on this.... the ferrules really make a big difference. This is especially important in big contact games... like last year and this year...
