When do we get 3DS Max 5?

Our team registered on the first day but we still haven't received the Autodesk/Discreet software package. Have the rest of you gotten your packages?

Autodesk will not send your software until payment has been received. If you've sent in payment, then contact FIRST Support and they'll track the shipment for you.

I know we have ours already. We paid for our first regional a couple of weeks ago, and Max got sent out not too much later.
