There is surgury to make tall people shorter which involves removing part of the center of the thigh and calf bones and letting them grow back together at a shorter length. I would think someone would have to be a bit deranged to have this done, but I've heard that there are a few orthopedic surgeons who specialize in these operations.

Oh, and Dean already has something that makes short people taller. It's called the I-Bot. Ever notice how Dean is at least 6 feet tall sitting when he's on that?

in chinese school our class did a whoel speech on how shorter people are healthier than tall people. shorter people has less pressure on their hearts and out the bloodlfow is better.... and all the lovely stuff :D

We also have fewer head injuries since we don't bump our heads on stuff as much.

on a more robotics note... short robots could move aorund REALLY fast... thats how our robot won teh speed challenge in cal games... well it was also because of our LOVeLY design besides the height :p

Yeah, and to keep this FIRST related, we can walk under certain bars such as the one from 2000 without hitting ourselves. Of course, I can't now. I've grown 4 inches since then. But it was nice not to have to duck going to the other side of the field.
