I am currious as to how many people have broadband.

Run it, then give the results along with where you are.

That is also while another computer is on my network. im running off wifi network in my house :D

Always be weary of these tests. Mine, for example, gave a speed of approx. .5 Mbit, but my line is 2Mbit and download files at 250 k/s on a regular basis. If you want an accurate test of your actual line speed, ask your ISP. Mine (Road Runner) has a test file you can download straight from their servers, thus bypassing the latency caused by the rest of the internet.

That's my speedtest :) *pets ftp* That's off my ISP's ftp. I'd test my upload speed, but I don't feel like it. I don't have java...nor do I live anywhere near California...this is a tad bit more accurate.

The faster you download, the large your *cough*...err...yeah :P
