How about a mini-portal?
 

Hi, just wondering if it could it be made. I'd really like to be able to look at new posts in my Mozilla sidebar. A lot could be fit into it, I think.

Take for example this one and this one. I have my team's forum already set up for quick access in my sidebar, and it'd be cool if I could do the same with CD. What do you think, is there enough demand?

hrm.. that could be helpful.
probably alot easier than opening every new thread in a new tab :)

I'll mess around with something similar to the 'new posts' link on the main page.
