Number of bins?

Does anyone know how many bins the human player have at the begianing? I don't remember from Kick-Off they used and I can't find it in the rule on the FIRST site.

yeah, each human player has four and there are 29 stacked on the ramp

4 for each TEAM, 8 total for each ALLIANCE, stacked in any configuration, 29 in middle
