Placing Boxes

I have 2 questions about the humans placing the boxes. Can the human players put the box partially in the scoring zone? It is scored if it is only partially in the zone, does this hold true for people? Also can a player stack the bins rotated 90 degrees, with the bottom side down, but so that it doesn't sit in the other container?

Yes - "They will have 10 seconds to place or stack their containers anywhere in their own Scoring Zone and exit the field." - from the manual (The_Game.pdf, page 4)

since a partially in box is scored as "in", i would assume the same rules would follow for the human
