Can you help me answer one or two of these questions?
Would the following be legal? Our robot is carrying a stack, the game ends, power if shut off, but during the 10 second period for ?motion to come to a stop? our robot drops the stack in our scoring zone as part of its function. That is, it's no longer being controlled by us, but as part of the ?motion coming to a stop? it can drop the stack (due to, say, gravity).

Yes, this would be ok, but this would have to be done in a "coasting" manner, and your robot can not be touching the stacks after your robot has stopped.
