Nope :p

My school didn't have a team when I was a freshie.

Sometimes, freshies can be helpful, but they're usually just annoying because they're...well...freshmen
Dont be predjudiced against someone because of their grade/knowledge level. Your team was new last year, so you all were at the same level, meaning you make fun of freshies, then you are making fun of yourself. Even this year, the freshies probably know almost as much as everyone else. Thats the nice thing about rookie teams, there can't be any distinguishment, because noone knows how to build a robot.

(Sorry if I sound like an $@#$@#$@# )

Implying that nobody on our team knows how to build a robot does indeed make you sound like a $@#$@#$@#.

Im sorry if it sounded wrong. What I was trying to say is the beauty is noone has built a robot before, so they dont really know any more or less than any other person on the team. I didnt mean to imply that your team does not know how to make a robot.:D

Sorry

well......

WELL in a way i like actually being the big person..however...there are always things that the newbies can teach us and things..and sometimes they have good ideas and the things that they say can actually help the team out. they don't usually know how things are done..but they are fast learners...but i like it..makes me feel important..even though i'm not :D

our team doesnt really have a problem with the annoying the newbies, but mainly the new school administration. just a little bit of what were going through since we have to build our robot in the school garage...if no one from the administration is in the school we cant be there, which means we can only meat 3 times a week for 2 hours a meeting!! i see a problem with that and as a senior im trying to convince them we need more, but their "always right"

As a freshman in the seniors only thread I would like to leave my mark to this effect- our team has some much other stuff to worry about that there's just no dark corner to stuff us in. you'll just have to learn to get along with your freshman.

Maybe not.

Annoying Freshman even can annoy other Freshmen.
