sponsor donations

do sponsor donated materials, ie: bosch extruded aluminum, count towards the main $3500 limit?

Rule K3 says the fair market value if you buy a component at a discounted price or obtain it as a donation.

Only the labor doesn't count if done by your sponsor (at least until FIRST says otherwise)

Actually, FIRST now says that labor counts unless students are involved. See Team Update #5.
