Bosch Gearbox. . . High or Low Gear

Does anyone have any advice on which gear(high or low) you should design a drive system? We plan on using 1 speed. I do realize the low gear is more efficient than the high gear(97% vs. 92%) but reading one of the "White Papers " on last year's gear box, there was procedure describing a spacer ring that could be placed in the gear box locking it in high gear. Does the same concept hold true for this years gearbox? If so, I guess its. . . high gear?

use it in low gear, it will provide more torque, and still provide decent speed, especially if you gear it well using sprockets, gears, whatever.

we're using high gear and gearing it down considerably...
