Depending on which motor you are using your options are:

Speed Controllers on Any of the motors including the Air Compressor (Update #1)

Relays (spike) on the WIndow Motors Only.

These are the only motor control options available

Do you have to use a speed controller on the compressor?

no. A relay is fine (and normal!) for the pump.

That's what I thought, but Matt's post threw me off.
