So... Mike....
I'll bite. What's it do? C'mon, I won't tell anyone... :D Can't wait to see you guys... Good luck! |
If you turn it 90 degrees to the right, please?
|
Maybe it creates suction?
|
Yeah, looks like the plate in the back pushes out the one on the front. Are there suction cups in the front? But it looks a little too complex for that. Humn...

It goes at the bottom of the robot.
And it is upside down. Wetzel ~~~~~~~~~~~ 0_o |
I wish we had a mill.
Hmm a globe driving a lead screw. What could it be?? are those 2 cylinders pnumatic rams? |
Wetzel is 50% correct.
The rest of you are not even remotely close. :) That's all I'll say for now. I don't want to release any more pivotal information about our strategy. ;) |

Very purdy Maddie:p Wanna tell me what it is? Cory |
Well, my guess would have to be some sort of pusher.
Look at the globe motor. Too slow to create a fast-enough suction-repeatedly, but high enough torque to push other robots/things. Some sort of top-of-ramp defender or pusher-off-thingy? (like my wording!) Some more hints available?!?! |

It could be meant to lift up the robot; if so, it's on its side. The screw would move the plate and two tubes down. If the tubes have suction cups on them, this would make a good stick to top of ramp mechanism. Who knows (other than them, of course)
