Does anybody know the prize for the best animation at the competitions?

There are no said prizes for any award. You get a trophy, 100,000 people clapping for you, and the feeling that you did a job extremely well.

You also get qualifying points for the next year's nations (if they keep the same point system).

Check the Awards section of the manual. I belive the national winners get additional seats of 3D max. I don't think regional winners recieve anything besides recognition.

The awards manual does not contain anything reguarding animations........... However in previous years the winning team of the animation recieves a lot of autodesk software, and one person from animations along with the school recieves a very nice laptop. Other notable mentions get autodesk software from premiere to 3ds Max.
