PAGE 4, SECTION 7.1
Replace the last sentence with the following:
The remaining 2 players and a coach from each team must stand in their driver station
behind a line that is 3’ from the base of the driver station.

So we aren't allowed to have a operator this year?:yikes:

the 2 players they are talking about are the driver and the operator. the human player will be on the pressure pad.

they are just clarifying what happens during the human player and autonomous modes.

ok....so the human player is supposed to stay on the pad throughout the whole match??

Nope..

Just until the robots go in "Auto-mode!"

Make sure you read these additions along with the original rules. The easiest way to do this is with Hyperrules

Notice that it says to insert the line into section 7.1, which only deals with the initial setup. It doesn't even cover the human player period or autonomous mode.

Notice that section 7.2 says that "The human players must then
join their teams in the driver stations" as soon as auto mode begins. Thus, since their team will be behind the 3' line, they must be also.
