Keep the music

Well, I for one vote for either Tom Petty, Nirvana, or The Cars. Mostly Tom Petty though, because I don't think anyone can legitimately say Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers is a terrible band.

I personally think it's an excellent rule.

I find it extremely annoying when teams announce the entering and exiting of their robot with loud music. It may get your team pumped for your next match, but it makes everyone else pissed off. Those of you with excessively loud audio systems obviously have not dealt with the gracious part of gracious professionalism.

So what about the teams who announce there arrival and departure through chants, do you find them as annoying as well? Personally when I hear them I find it fun and it makes everyone, if its loud enough, look up for a second and notice there team. In fact I think its an excellent idea to have the team chanting or playing there music because it gives them publicity to other teams and it helps people know that their team is fun and approachable.

Also I would like to say that I love the music in the pits and that I hope it doesn't get completely taken out. Otherwise people will be hearing my modified versions of songs, which believe me isn't something you want to hear.
