drill motor gear noise
 

as our robot comes to a halt from max speed, hear grinding/clacking noise which sound like gear noise. only hear this during final slowdown before halt. drill motor in either hi or lo gear emits these sounds. are we about to lose gears or is this common phenomenon???

Do you hear it at all in the very first range of throttle when accellerating?

we only hear the noise when decelerating. we do not hear it
when accelerating.
