How to communicate both through radio and serial port?

Hi, I've done some searches on this forum and couldn't find it.

How would one write the code for communicating through the radio AND the serial port.

What will be the difference in the SERIN that specifies each?

The SERIN will ask for data from a different port # [pretty sure tpin is 16 for the programming port], and from there will be formatted based on how your other device is sending data.
