This year are we required to pack everything in the crate(spare parts) or can we bring the stuff with us to the competition

I believe the rule is. You have to pack it all in the crate if you plan on putting it on the robot. Unless it is Raw Materal then you can bring it yourself to competition.

Also I have a question about the same idea:

Can you bring your cart to competition yourself or do you have to ship it?

Cart's really aren't regulated that much, I'm pretty positive you can bring or ship...
