scouting sheets

wasn't there going to be a "standard" scouting sheet avaible for all the FIRST teams somehwere on here?

it was going to be a "scouting standard" that was in XML format. i'm not sure anyone really did much with it.

the übergeeks' scouting database should be up soon...
