When reading the speeches by Dean in The New Cool you hear them in his voice in your head.

When talking to a mentor from another team you notice that the last 4 digits are an anagram for his team number. Also, when pointing it out to him, he had never noticed, and his team just finished their 4th year. (Also, number is older than the team.)
