Potentiometer Problem
 

Hello everyone again... I figured out calibration (in another post), and immediately faced an even worse problem:

The Potentiometer hooked up to an analog input on the RC, as far as I understand, is supposed to return a value from 0 to 254. However, in our case, the value is from 0 to 6. Any ideas as to why this may happen? While I could just multiply the return value by 43 (of course), we need the precision.

We also tried another analog input pin... no luck

Is one end of the pot connected to +5v, the other end to ground, and the center connected to an analog input?
