Webcasts?

I was wondering... will there be any live webcasts for the regional events? And if so, is there any good way to record them?

For recording, try Streambox VCR, which allows you to record live streams. The program is no longer officially supported, but there is a large user community that creates updates to support newer servers (such as Real's Helix server).
