Nice, I like it anyways. But, if you are going for cross-browser compatibility, don't use the drop-down style menu.

It's alright, but it doesn't display right (unless you intended the team image to be non-existent, and the top title to be off center)

It's also a little slow to load, and i have a cable modem.

It's pretty good outside of that.

I always hate to criticize, but your site just needs a little tweaking.

I got DSL with a 1.5 meg a sec connection and it also loaded slowly. It's mainly from the Flash I'd guess, because it was the same on team 5's site (the flash slowed down the loading).
