Allowed to pickup robot's still
 

I saw a post yesterday about the rule that he can pick up the oponits robots. Are we still allowed to pick up the other robots... Please if any one nows the final answer please post a reply... Because i don't what to make a design that will just waste my time.. So if anyone from a team that knows the rules really well please post.... thanks....
