Thanks for all of the great responses about our robot. They were really appreciated after all the bashing we received. The whole point of robotics is to learn and have fun. While constructive criticism is helpful, blatant bashing has no point. It was brought up that finding loopholes is against the ideals of FIRST, and while we don't see them as loopholes, some may. People always have different interpretations of the meaning of the words in the rules. That's what makes the competitions so interesting. Isn't insulting a robot or team ungracious? I believe one of the main points of FIRST is gracious professionalism. Thank you once again for helping us to improve our robot and strategy through your interpretations of the rules. I hope to see many of you at regionals and nationals.
