Could someone throw a scoring bracket up?

I can't make heads or tails of the first site standings. And they haven't posted the winners or awards yet.

Can you tell me who was the second place team? (who also made it to the finals?)

Rookie Allstar: 1058
Judges Award: 131
Entrepreneurial: 79
J&J Sportsmanship award: 811
Motorola Quality: 58
Autodesk: 103
Website: 1073
Judges Award: 213

Imagery award: 885

Team spirit:88
Judges award 1152
FIRST Volunteer: John Bugeau of BAE mentor to 166/151 and many others

...and we 4 (four) robots on the top of the hil twice! (they were climbing and angled or just squeezed really tight)

..not sure I like the "sum of 2 rounds" elimination, if you score high in the first on it is too easy to lose the second and keep the score low.....I think the best 2 out 3 was more exciting with "go for it all" attitudes BUT then that's just my 2 cents , the whole thing was sooo exciting.

I know it is not everyone's main focus with awards... but I would really appreciate it if someone from the BAE Regional Event could confirm that my team, 103, received an Autodesk award as stated above.

Thanks,
-Brandon

awards page

Here is the link to the BAE awards but they forgot to post the Autodesk award and FIRST usually takes 2-3 days to post awards.

http://www.baesystemsfirst.org/regional/

When I recorded the team numbers they said the team was from NJ and not competing here so they were not present. People around me seemed to recognize the number and approved the choice as a "good one".

Yes you did. I thought you had to be at the regionals to win, but apparently you don't. It was what the judges thought was best animation they saw.

Congratulations, however I don't know how you will receive your award.

Jon K. 09-03-2003 13:29

I belive that this year it was a Regional award for animation. Meaning that say granite state UTC and SBPLI would all be in the same grouping or something like that.

This is from FIRST's award document

There will be one AVA winner announced at each regional event. For the purpose of this
animation award, the FRC regional events are divided into five conferences:
Western Conference
Pacific Northwest, Sacramento, Silicon Valley, Southern California, Arizona
Midwestern Conference
St. Louis, Great Lakes, Canadian, Midwest, West Michigan
Northeastern Conference
BAE Systems Granite State, UTC New England, New York City, SBPLI Long Island, J&J
Mid-Atlantic
Eastern Conference
Buckeye, Chesapeake, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia Alliance
4
Southern Conference
NASA/VCU, Peachtree, Central Florida, Lone Star

Thank you, that's a fact to not forget. Congrats to 236 and 175, our great alliance partners.
