Best Showings at BAE

What teams do you think had the best showings at the Manchester regional. Best plays, consistant rounds, and just great strategy. It was a great regional and I can't wait to hear what happens in Houston.

i think 121 Rhode Warriors had an awesome bot....besides that, i think everyone else there did great...

he part of that is (of course landing on the wheels) but we only broke a tie wrap, I was so amazed when I got back to the pits and it was perfectly fine.

Tell those of us who weren't there what happened. My interest has been piqued.

As I remember it, 157 was heading down the ramp, and they were pushed over by another bot. As they were falling, they used their arm to continue their roll so that they landed right side up again after rolling 360 degrees.

that was against us, wasn't it?
:ahh:

There was some pretty crazy stuff...like our random "sneak attacks" :D

I have to say that the techno ticks robot+dance was probably the coolest thing there.

i watched it over and over agian on video. just cause it was a great thing to see.

The ones who stood out:

213 stacking and even stealing a stack.....that was awesome.
176 and their arm during auto mode.
58's autonomous mode: they were up the ramp hitting 3-4 columns of boxes every single time; nothing beats consistency, great job

Thanks Rollin, i'd give props to 121 for getting in a shoving match with us, and leaving blue and red paint on all 4 sides of the 'bot, all over the 80/20. We were thinking of scraping it off and sending it back to you fed-ex.

Two teams that I really admired for their drive trains were 79 and 358. they were insane. Hard to ddrive, but insane.
And the people I really hand it out to is the Techno Ticks, 236. Everything was so organized, and well thought out. Their pit area rocked. Their robot was even better. Fastest thing I have seen. Great team members, nice and friendly, and what else beats the Funky Chicken, come on. Congrats to them, they deserved everything.
Also gotta hand it to 176 and 58 for an awesome autonimous mode.
And one more, best stacker was 213. Go Dirtay Birds

Does anyone have a digital video of 157's somersault?

All four sides? Wow I knew there was some minor damage with the back wood plate, but I can't image it getting on all 4 sides of your robot. Do you have a picture, I am just curious.
